KARACHI: Two killed in road accidents

KARACHI, Jan 6: Two men died in separate accidents on Saturday. An unknown man in his early 70s died in a hit-and-run accident near Submarine Chowrangi in Defence. The body was sent to a hospital for autopsy and later kept at Edhi morgue for identification.

On Mauripur Road, Mohammad Ibrahim, 40, died and his friend Zohaib, 35, suffered injuries when the motorcycle they were riding skidded. The body and the injured were shifted to a hospital.

BODY FOUND: The body of an unidentified man was found from the premises of a residential complex Al-Karam Square in Sharifabad.

Police said the man, in his late 20s, was fired a single shot in the temple.

No identity document was found from his pockets. A pistol was also found beside his body. The body was sent to a hospital for autopsy and later kept at Edhi morgue for identification.
