THATTA, Jan 3: A man committed suicide in Karim Dino Soomro village and another tried to commit suicide in Tahir Soomro village near Daro town on Tuesday.

A peasant, Mir Mohammad Soomro, 32, committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree outside his hut in Karim Dino Soomro village.

His parents said that Mir Mohammad took the extreme action following a dispute with his father on a petty issue.
