KARACHI, Dec 29: The Governor of Sindh has, with immediate effect, promulgated the Sindh Finance (Amendment) Ordinance-2006 to rationalise the cess for special maintenance and development of infrastructure for smooth and safer movement of goods entering or leaving the province from or for outside the country by air or sea.—PPI
