RAWALPINDI, Dec 21: A 10-year-old daughter of a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) employee was allegedly molested in the PAF Colony Chaklala, police said on Thursday. Gulber Khan told the Airport police that his daughter was playing outside her home when a man, also an ex employee of PAF, lured her away and molested her.

He also alleged that the accused forced his daughter not to complain to her parents otherwise she would be killed.

The terrified girl narrated the ordeal to her parents the following day, the police said. Later, the incident was reported to the police who registered an FIR and started investigation.

Police said the accused was missing since the incident came to light.

Staff Reporter from Islamabad adds: A robbery suspect, who was in remand custody, attempted suicide and got himself injured with a broken glass during interrogation in the Bhara Kahu police station on Wednesday.

The police investigating officer said Nusrat Bilal had been arrested on the charge of keeping illegal weapon and was being interrogated in a robbery case.
