MIRPURKHAS, Dec 20: A large number of people belonging to Hindu community staged a sit-in outside the Samaro police station on Wednesday to protest theft of donation money by unknown people from boxes of Shewogar Swami Rama Pir temple in Samaro town.

The thieves stole donated money by breaking locks of boxes in temple late on Tuesday night. The protesters raised slogans against police and demanded arrest of culprits. They dispersed after assurance by the SHO of Samaro that accused would be arrested soon . Police said that a report had been lodged.
