KARACHI, Dec 6: Sibghatullah Kadri will address members of Pakistan Institute of International Affairs on `Hijab, Naqab, Burqa in the West: Is it a leap towards discrimination?’ on Thursday in the Institute’s library at 4.30pm. Mr Sibghatullah is the first Muslim Queen’s Counsel, a bencher of the Inner Temple, convener of the Muslim Lawyers Forum, UK, and fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK.

A group of four Chinese scholars from China Institute of International Studies is scheduled to visit the Institute on Friday at 11.30am.
