PESHAWAR, Dec 2: A four-month project on the benefits of a landmine-free world was launched here on Saturday with the collaboration of the Canadian Foreign Office and International Campaign to Ban Landmines.

The Sustainable Peace and Development Organisation launched the project which would include advocacy, lobbying and public awareness events, especially against anti-personnel landmines, a press release said.—Bureau
