HYDERABAD, Dec 1: Activists of various trade unions affiliated with the National Labour Federation on Thursday held a protest demonstration against the Sindh Employees Social Security Institute.

The Sindh chapter president of the NLF, Rana Mehmood Ali Khan, criticised officials of the institute and called for removal of commissioner and director.

They said that the distribution of substandard drugs to workers in social security hospitals should be stopped, the use of hospital ambulances by the staff should be checked and the report of the committee appointed by the institute for Bengal industry workers should be implemented.
