QUETTA, Nov 5: Security forces on Sunday arrested an alleged militant from Sui area of Dera Bugti. He was carrying highly explosive substance, official sources said.

They said a team of security forces, acting on a tip off, raided a house in Sui and arrested the man identified as Dilshad Bugti. They recovered six kg of explosive substance and detonators from him.
