HYDERABAD, Nov 4: Two activists of the Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz were remanded to police custody for seven days by the Anti-Terrorism Court Hyderabad on Saturday.

They were accused of possessing unlicensed pistols and explosives.

The activists, Zulfikar Ali Khaskheli and Ahmed Khan Teevno, were arrested from the Bolhari railway crossing for allegedly trying to blow up railway track.

Two TT pistols and three to four kilogram of explosives was recovered from them.

They were booked under sections four and five of the Explosive Substance Act and 6/7 of Anti Terrorism Act.

The ATC judge remanded them to police custody for seven days.

The activists were missing for quite time and the JSMM had been holding protests for their recovery.
