Cotton truck hijacked by bandits

NAWABSHAH, Oct 23: Bandits hijacked a truck loaded with cotton near Kala Pul on the Qazi Ahmed link road on Monday.

Reports reaching here said that about five to six armed men stopped the truck dragged the driver, Soomar Channar, and cleaner Shary Jan and out beat them up before driving away with the truck loaded with 243 maunds of cotton.
