KOHAT, Oct 21: Fourteen prisoners were released from district jail here on Saturday following remissions announced by President Pervez Musharraf in connection with Eidul Fitr .

Meanwhile, the political authorities of Kurram Agency have released four prisoners on the orders of NWFP Governor Lt-Gen (retd) Ali Mohammad Jan Aurakzai.
