HYDERABAD: Call for united action to liberate Al-Quds

HYDERABAD, Oct 20: Ulema and the leaders of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) have urged the Muslims to unite on one platform to defeat American and Israeli terrorism in the holy land and liberate Al Quds.

In their addresses to rallies and processions held in several towns of the province on Friday to mark Youm-i-Al Quds, the leaders assailed Zionists for occupying Al Quds, the first “Qibla” of Muslims, by force and urged the Muslim world to fight against Zionist forces for the liberation of the holy land.

In Hyderabad, Shia Ulema Council and MMA held a rally outside the press club to condemn Israeli occupation of the holy land and express solidarity with the people of Palestine and Lebanon.

Allama Altaf Al-Hussaini, MPA Abdul Rehman Rajput, Syed Kazim Hussain Shah Naqvi and Moazzam Shah Naqvi said if the Muslim world united on one platform, Israel would be wiped off the face of the earth.

The participants adopted a resolution calling upon the United Nations to put pressure on the United States and its allies to withdraw their army from Iraq. Later, they burnt American and Israeli flags.

KHAIRPUR: Activists of Shia Rabita Council, Imamia Students, Jaafria Students and Asgharia Students organisations staged a rally, which started from Imambargah Qasr-e-Hussaini and ended at Chhatti Chowk.

The rally was led by the president of the Shia Rabita Council Sindh, Syed Ali Abbas Kazmi, Moulana Syed Ali Afzal Zaidi, Moulana Asad Ali Zaidi, Moulana Mohammad Shabbir and Musawwir Mehdi.

The leaders condemned American and Israeli terrorism in Palestine and said that it was the duty of every Muslim to express solidarity with the people of Palestine.

They demanded that the government should make efforts for the return of Al Quds to Palestine.

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: Anjuman Hussaini, Moro, staged a rally against the US and Israel and burnt their flags outside the local press club.

The rally, led by Syed Ali Bux Shah, Dr Mumtaz Memon and Shamsher Hyderi, started from Markazi Imambargah and ended in front of the local press club.

The leaders said that US and Israel were enemies of Muslims and called upon Muslims to unite on one platform and wage a war against them.

SHIKARPUR: The activists of Ahl-e-Shiat and Imamia Students Organisation staged a rally and a demonstration at Lakhi Gate Tower Chowk.

The leaders, Syed Buland Ali Shah, Syed Tarar Ali Shah, Zubair Ali Samoon, Syed Atta Shah and Fida Hussain Abbasi, condemned Israel and expressed the anti-Muslim activities of the United States and other anti-Islamic forces.

They vowed to continue their struggle till Al Quds and other areas of Palestine were freed.

Later, the participants burnt American and Israeli flags.

NAWABSHAH: Activists of Shia Ulema Council staged a rally, which started from Markazi Imambargah and ended at Kashmir Chowk.

The leaders, Moulana Altaf Hussain Parhiar and Moulana Kifayat Karimi, said that Israel had tasted defeat at the hands of Hizbullah. They urged the Muslims to unite to free the occupied Al Quds and Kashmir.

The participants demanded the arrest of Allama Hassan Turrabi’s killers.
