QUETTA, Sept 23: The Naib Amir of the Jamaat-i-Islami, Liaquat Baloch, has blamed President Gen Pervez Musharraf and the United States for the killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti and called for an inquiry into the incident by a commission comprising judges of the Supreme Court.—Correspondent
