PESHAWAR, Sept 15: A South African woman, arrested at the Peshawar International Airport on charges of drug trafficking, was granted bail on Thursday because under a presidential ordinance, the offence has become bailable for women.

Since the woman, Sky Polem, could not produce guarantors to furnish surety bond on her behalf, she will have to remain in prison.
