SKARDU, Sept 7: Deputy Commissioner Ghangche Fida Hussain has said that Rs12 million will be spent in Ghangche district of Northern Areas under the Dera Programme. He advised all union councils chairmen to forward their project proposals to him as soon as possible.—Correspondent
