PESHAWAR, Sept 3: The Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party on Sunday criticised use of Frontier Corps personnel in what it called an unlawful operation against the people in Balochistan.

In a statement issued here, the provincial PMAP president alleged that the use of FC platoons against the Baloch people was a conspiracy of Punjab against the Pakhtun nation.

He demanded withdrawal of FC platoons from Balochistan.

He observed that the Pakhtuns were an oppressed nation whose motherland had been divided into three regions. He said “colonialists” were not ready to accept their identity. He accused Punjab of forcibly occupying their resources.

The PMAP leader urged democratic and patriotic Pakhtun forces to launch a joint struggle to protect rights of the Pakhtuns.

He claimed that the government was trying to sabotage the alliance of Pakhtuns, Balochs, Sindhis and Seraikis to keep the hold of Punjab on them.
