PESHAWAR, Sept 1: An intelligence agency has arrested four members of a banned religious outfit on a charge of having links with foreign militants hiding in the region, sources told Dawn on Friday.

In a joint operation with the Crime Investigation Department, sleuths of the intelligence agency arrested two activists from Sufaid Dheri and two others from the Achini area on Thursday, the sources said.

Three hand-grenades and documents indicating their links with foreign militants were seized, the sources said. The four were accused of providing shelter to foreign militants.—Bureau
