LAHORE, Aug 28: District nazim Mian Amer Mahmood has said that the City District Government Lahore is utilising all available resources for uplifting northern Lahore and provision of basic amenities to its residents on priority bases.

He was talking to a delegation of notables led by Haji Nawaz, nazim of Union Council 19 Chah Miran here on Monday.

He said construction work of one and a half kilometers long road from Tezab Ahata Chowk to Neelum cinema would be completed within three months at a cost of Rs6 million. Six streets, linking with the road, would also be paved under this project, he added. — Staff Reporter
