SUKKUR, Aug 23: A 22-inch dia main pipeline supplying Sui gas to the Uch power plant was blown up at Peero Pull, some 22km away from Jacobabad, early on Wednesday morning.

The explosion damaged a 25-foot portion of the pipeline and developed a 12-foot deep crater on the site. Police have arrested two suspects Gul Mohammad and Pathan Khan Katohar on charges of sabotage.
