QUETTA, Aug 20: Gas supply to the Sui purification plant from the Loti gas filed was suspended when a pipeline was blown up in the Dera Bugti district on Sunday.

Sources said that the pipeline supplying gas to the Sui plant from well No-6 in Loti gas field area had been damaged.

Around a seven-foot portion of the 16-inch diameter pipeline was blown up, affecting gas supply to the plant, they said.
