MUMBAI, July 28: Indian police investigating the Mumbai train blasts said on Friday that they had arrested two brothers amid reports that one was a suspected senior commander of a top militant group. Faizal Sheikh and Muzammil Sheikh were arrested late Thursday by anti-terrorist investigators.—AFP
