KHAIRPUR, July 25: Faiz Ganj police on Tuesday booked 18 men belonging to Chang community on charges of murdering two Mashori men, Hakim Ali and Mehboob Ali, killed near Karondi on Monday.

Police filed two FIRs on the complaints of Mohammad Shaman Mashori and Amanullah Mashori which identified the accused as Amir Hussain Chang, Abdul Razzaq, Janib, Allah Bux, Mohram Ali, Zahoor Ahmed, Ghulam Nabi, Imam Ali, Subhan, Mohammad Aslam and others. The Mashoris were buried under tight security in Mashori village.

The dispute between Mashori and Chang communities sparked four years back by kidnapping of two women have so far claimed six lives on both sides.
