SUKKUR, July 22: Leaders of the Sindh Employees Alliance have decided to boycott the process of voters’ registration in Sindh.

The decision in this connection was taken at a high-level meeting here on Saturday.

Activists of the alliance also took out processions in different cities following the imposition of ban on associations in the education department.

About 200 GSTA, PTA and SPLA activists took to the streets from the Government Main High School in Sukkur.

Prof Ibrahim Channa and Syed Subhan Shah led the protest.

They marched through the roads and reached the press club where they held a sit-in for an hour. They chanted slogans against the government.

The leaders condemned the ban imposed on associations.

They demanded that the Sindh government should lift the ban immediately and implement the charter of demands.
