KARACHI: Retired emp­lo­yees and pensioners of PTCL have established a protest camp outside the Karachi Press Club to demand the resolution of their longstanding issues.

They urged the government, PTCL management and relevant authorities to provide OPD facilities at quality clinics loca­t­ed near the residences of pensioners so they can access medical treatment without unnecessary hardship.

They called for a transparent investigation into the alleged illegal pension deductions and legal action against those involved.
