SUKKUR, July 17: A complete strike and a sit-in were observed in Tangwani and adjoining areas on Monday against Hesco for a 60-hour power outage. Hundreds of enraged inmates led by UC Nazim Noorullah Khoso and Haider Dahani took out a procession and blocked the Thull-Kandhkot road for two hours. They were chanting slogans against Hesco. Speaking on the occasion their leaders said Hesco had forced people of Tangwani and its allied areas to protest against the company.—Correspondent
