QUETTA: Four people, including a child patient, were injured in grenade attack near a private hospital late Sunday night, police said.
Officials added that unidentified men riding motorcycles hurled a hand grenade at the hospital, located in the Patel Road area of Quetta. The grenade exploded outside the hospital, leaving four people injured.
“Grenade exploded, resulting in injuring four people, including a child who came to the hospital for visiting doctor,” a police officer said, adding that the victims were rushed to hospital.
The condition of one injured was critical, he said.
