Nadra officials sent to prison

KARACHI: A court has sent four suspect, including officials of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra), to prison on judicial remand in a case pertaining to their alleged involvement in making false identity documents for Afghan nationals.

The FIA had arrested assistant director Imamul Haq, deputy assistant director Fayyaz Ahmed, watchman Junaid Ahmed and private agent Muhammad Umar Shah on July 22.
