Uptick in SBP reserves

KARACHI: After a decline of about $1.2 billion in the first week of FY27, the foreign exchange reserves of the State Bank recorded a meagre rise of $33 million to $17.258 billion during the week ended on July 17, the central bank announced on Thursday.

The country’s total reserves were $22.669bn, including $5.4bn held by commercial banks.
