Authorities in Kuwait say a power generation and water desalination plant in the country has been attacked for a second time in two days, resulting in a fire in some of its facilities, Al Jazeera reports.

Teams are working to extinguish the blaze, which affected a large number of electricity generation units, Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has said in a statement.
