Charging fees for passage through international waters “would be fundamentally wrong”, German shipping company Hapag-Lloyd said on Tuesday after US President Donald Trump said he would reinstate a naval blockade on Iran and charge 20 per cent on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz, Reuters reports.
