KARACHI, July 14: Five more women inmates were released on Friday from Karachi Women Jail under the recently promulgated presidential ordinance.

Those who were freed are: Naseem Akhtar (murder); Gul Noor alias Malaika, (theft); Uzma alias Saima Khan (Hudood/zina); Huma, (Hudood/zina); and Shumaila (murder).—PPI
