Dozens of missiles and drones fired by Iran caused no significant damage or injuries to American personnel, AFP reports quoting a US defence official.

The Iranian missiles and drones “were intercepted or failed to cause major damage,” the official says on condition of anonymity, adding that there are “no US injuries”.
