A tanker was struck by an unidentified projectile while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations Centre (UKMTO) says, according to Reuters.

The tanker is believed to have suffered “structural damage”, UKMTO adds, adding that there are no casualties or environmental impact.
