Speaking at a celebration for the 250th anniversary of the US, Trump says the country has “wiped out” Iran.

“We’ve had tremendous success. You look at Venezuela, you look at Iran — we wiped it out, wiped out their military,” he said, addressing an audience at the Salute to America Celebration on the National Mall in Washington.
