US, Gulf nations say Lebanon talks should be separate from other conflicts

The United States and its Gulf allies back ongoing talks over Lebanon and said those negotiations should not be conditional on the outcomes of other conflicts, adding that all non-state armed groups should be disarmed, AFP reports.
