US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding is a “temporary measure … for 60 days”, adding that Washington expects Tehran to live up to the commitments it made during recent talks in Switzerland.

“If they don’t live up to those commitments, the President has a lot of options at his disposal,“ he tells reporters in Kuwait.
