KARACHI: Two faculty members of the Arts Council’s School of Visual and Performing Arts (SOVAPA) — Mohsin Ali and Alamzaib Khan — have been selected for an advanced professional training programme in Germany with the support of the Goethe-Institute.
According to a statement, this achievement reflects the Arts Council’s ongoing commitment to enhancing professional capacity, promoting international collaboration, advancing technical expertise, and strengthening Pakistan’s cultural sector through meaningful global engagement.
As part of this opportunity, Mr Ali and Mr Khan will receive advanced training in sound design and lighting design, respectively, at Munich Kammerspiele.
