SUKKUR: The Kandhkot police have claimed that as many as 44 suspected criminals belonging to different gangs have surrendered before law-enforcement agencies in the ongoing crackdown.
The claim came during a ceremony held in the office of the Kandhkot SSP. It was attended by Deputy Commissioner Agha Sher Zaman Pathan, Rangers officials and representatives of other security agencies, besides SSP Mohammad Murad Ghanghro.
According to the SSP, the surrendered suspects included Faqir Ali Hassan Sheikh, who is carrying a bounty of Rs5million.
