Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has received a phone call from his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, congratulating him on the signing of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding between the US and Iran, according to the Foreign Office.

In a post on X, the FO says both top diplomats “expressed hope that this significant development would contribute to lasting peace, stability, and progress in the region and beyond”.
