The Israeli army claims it has completed a military operation in the southern Lebanese town of Dibbin in Marjayoun district, Al Jazeera reports.

More than 50 targets were hit, military infrastructure was dismantled, and weapon storage facilities located, it claimed in a statement.

The area “served as a significant Hezbollah stronghold used to advance and prepare” attacks on Israeli troops and civilians, the army added.
