[Meanwhile, as reported by news agencies from Peshawar,] [Mr Bhutto] declared here today [June 7] that Pakistan has a revolutionary diplomacy which moved apace keeping in full view the exigencies of the developing situation. Addressing a huge public meeting at Peshawar airport before his departure for Kabul, [he] said that foreign policy was a very sensitive and delicate matter and he had recently held a Cabinet meeting at Islamabad and a … meeting of various provinces … to know everyone’s point of view on his present mission to Afghanistan. “I am going on this mission with your prayers and blessings and will serve the interests of my country and people to the best of my ability,” he assured the audience.
