LAHORE: Karachi Whites face Abbottabad in the final of the ABS Developers National T20 Cup here at the Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday night.
The National T20 Cup final was rescheduled after the group-stage matches and semi-finals were played in Peshawar from March 7 to 17. Karachi Whites and Abbottabad topped their respective groups, registering two and three victories, respectively. In the first semi-final, Karachi Whites defeated Sialkot by five wickets.
The second semi-final was abandoned due to persistent rain after Lahore Whites had completed their innings. Abbottabad progressed to the final by virtue of their superior position in the group stage.
Abbottabad will be led by Shadab Khan, while Karachi Whites wi8ll be captained by Saud Shakeel who will be aiming to complete a trophy double this season after already guiding Karachi Blues to the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2025-26 title.
A prize purse of Rs8.5 million will be distributed among the champions, runners-up and outstanding performers of the tournament.
Fans will be able to watch the match free of charge, as the Imran Khan and Fazal Mehmood enclosures will be open to general public.
