Iranian authorities are starting the restoration of more than 140 historical monuments that have sustained damage in US-Israeli attacks, Al Jazeera reports, citing ISNA.

Quoting the head of parliament’s tourism committee, Iran’s ISNA news agency said some monuments date back to the Achaemenid era in 550 BC.
