Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar says Pakistan’s efforts to broker a peace deal between the United States and Iran reflects Islamabad’s commitment to global peace.

“Pakistan’s constructive engagement in recent and ongoing efforts for promoting dialogue and de-escalation in the Gulf region reflects its consistent commitment to peace and stability,” he says, addressing a briefing at the Foreign Office.

“Drawing on its relationships across the region, Pakistan has made efforts to reduce tensions and create space for meaningful engagement among key stakeholders.”
