Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan has received a phone call from his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, the Saudi foreign ministry says.

“During the call, they discussed regional developments and efforts to de-escalate and ease tensions in the region,” the statement added.
