Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has met US Chargé d’Affaires to Pakistan Natalie Baker in Islamabad and discussed ongoing diplomatic efforts to initiate a second round of US-Iran talks.

According to the interior ministry, the need for continued diplomatic channels for long-term resolution of the dispute was emphasised during the meeting.

Naqvi informed Baker that PM Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Defence Forces Asim Munir were “making full efforts at every level to resolve the issue”.
