Public and heavy transport has been suspended in Islamabad, Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon has said.

In a post on X, Memon said, “Heavy transport and public transport in the city are being suspended until further orders. Citizens are earnestly requested to cooperate with the security agencies”.
