Lebanon 24 reports that Israeli forces fired a machine gun and an artillery shell at an ambulance team affiliated with the Islamic Health Authority in Kunin, in Lebanon’s Nabatieh Governorate, according to Al Jazeera.

The news outlet said casualties have been reported. Al Jazeera could not independently verify the report.
