Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir has arrived in Tehran “as part of the ongoing mediation efforts”, Inter-Services Public Relations has announced.

The CDF is being accompanied by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and a formal delegation, the military media wing says in a statement.
